Photovoltaic power generation into the "fast lane" energy low-carbon transformation and then speed up
June 05, 2024
From "follow" to "lead", in recent years, China's photovoltaic industry has achieved leapfrog development, and the degree of localization of key links has been greatly improved. The latest data from the National Energy Administration show that in the first quarter of 2024, China's photovoltaic power generation added 45.74 million kilowatts of grid-connected capacity, of which centralized photovoltaic added 21.93 million kilowatts, distributed photovoltaic added 23.81 million kilowatts, photovoltaic power generation is accelerating into the development of "fast lane".
The rapid development of photovoltaic power generation cannot be separated from the help of the upstream manufacturing industry, and the research and innovation of key technologies inject core power into photovoltaic power generation. In Jiangsu, in a high-tech test workshop with an investment of more than 300 million yuan and an area of nearly 6,000 square meters, a variety of robots wave their arms and gently pick up thin batteries; On large and small electronic screens, groups of data keep flashing, showing the performance of new devices.
"The update iteration of photovoltaic cell production equipment is very fast, basically every three years to replace the generation." According to the relevant person in charge, the local shipments soared in the first quarter, the workshops worked overtime at full capacity, and key technologies continued to break through. At present, the local photovoltaic industry chain covers all production and manufacturing links in addition to polysilicon materials, and at the same time, the layout of wind and solar complementary, efficient energy storage, energy Internet and other fields.
Battery technology is the core field of photovoltaic manufacturing, and the innovative research and development of perovskite photovoltaic technology has brought broader development prospects for photovoltaic power generation. "Compared to traditional crystalline silicon cells, perovskite PV technology can theoretically reduce the production energy consumption from 1.52 kW/h to 0.12 kW/h, and the production cycle from 72 hours to 3 hours." According to relevant experts, in recent years, perovskite solar cell technology has continued to innovate, and its advantages such as raw material price, processing cycle, radio and television efficiency, and KWH cost have become increasingly obvious.
